Aloo Paratha

These Healthy Breakfast idea includes Parathas in India. these flavorful and delicious filling Parathas are a staple in many Indian homes &  Dhabas . 

         FOR STUFFING:

  •  Boil potatoes pill the skin of the potatoes  then Mash it.
  • Take 1 tablespoon Coriandor leaves.
  • 2 tsp ghee to enhance the flavour 
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp chopped onion.
  •  1 tsp Garam masala.
  •  suyati oil
      Lets see how to make alloo paratha: 

  •  Make a losee dough
  • Heat the gas 
  • Make roti as usally you make add stuff and  and roll out.
  • And now your Aloo ka paratha is ready to serve in your healthy breakfast routine.

HEALTHY UPMA

  • INGREDIENTS:

1 One bowl suji

2 six tablespoons of Suyati oil.

3 Three bowl of water. 

4 Take some curry leaves.

5 Some green chilli

6 One and half teaspoon urad dal

7 One chopped medium sized onion

8 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

9 some salt, sugar lemon juice coriander leaves.

 

   Now lets move on to the RECIPE:

Roast the suji until it starts turning brown, Heat the Suyati cooking oil add Mustard seeds then add urad dal, ssssoaked channa dal, green and red chilli , curry leaves.

Add the onion and cook until it start becoming golden brown. After that add roasted suji some salt according to your taste some red chilli powder. cook for two minutes 

After that add two cup water,  stir it constantly. Let the suji get absorbed oil and the water, your upma is ready to serve.

 

 

HEALTHY RAVA IDLI

Here we will see Indian healthy breakfast receipe of Rava idli.

          Lets see the Ingredients:- 

  • 1 bowl suji
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, urad dal , chana dal
  • some curry patta
  • 2 Teaspoon Suyati sunflower oil
  • some ginger, salt coriander, curd water
  • 1/2 baking soda

          Now lets jump into the Receipe: 

 Heat pan fry mustard seeds, urad dal, some curry pataa & channa dal and fry it until it become golden brown Then at lower heat add green chilli, ginger and mix them and saute for 30 sec. 

Add suji and stir. fry them at low flame. Once suji get slightly crunchy add some salt, curd, & water then add coriender and cover it for 15 minutes. After 15 min add baking soda and mix it. 

Then take a steamer filled with water and boil it Greace the plate with Suyati oil and pour the better into plate & steam it for 20 minutes.

Your Rava idli is ready you can serve it with chutney and sambar! Enjoy you healthy breakfast.
